A wise woman once told me. We are living a fast paced life, even our breaths are short and rapid, there is not enough oxygen to feed our brain and organs.

It would be great to meditate, breath-in & breath-out for 10 min twice a day.

Get high on your oxygen.

Slow your day.

Think of what is important and organize your priorities. MEDITATE and let go of negative energy.
